The boot is hinged like the Sidi boots, has the more traditional sole and toe area similar to the Alpinestars tech 8, but sporting Gaerne’s famous dual composite supercross sole.
The injection molded plastic exterior includes a new shock absorbing heel bumper. The SG10 has a soft, comfortable, anatomic fit with the new indestructible P.U. memory foam, while a bio foam upper/inner liner and a shock absorbing inner foot bed liner adds to the pillow like interior feel.
Four wide opening and full adjustable buckles, made from aircraft aluminium, make it easy to get the boot on and off and all these parts are easily replaced if required.
The super strong wish bone “pivot” system surrounds the ankle providing a snug fit and plenty of support where it is needed and the usual grip guard provides adequate grip of the bike whilst protecting you from any heat that might be put out.
